Students attending studio classes are required to bring their own yoga mat
Upon arrival students are required to sanitise their hands and provide their name and phone number
Masks are no longer mandatory
Door handles and surfaces will be sanitised regularly
Aerial: yoga with a difference. The fabric hammock supports in all poses including zero compression inversions. Expect to swing, stretch, hang upside down, enwrap in a peaceful "cocoon" and more. All levels welcome.
General: build strength, flexibility, balance and composure through this mixed level class. Expect both active sequences and passive supported poses. All levels welcome.
Gentle: ease your way into a yoga practice and experience the benefits of gentle stretching through classic yoga poses. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa: take your yoga to another level. A strong, flowing practice based on sun salutations. Suitable for students with some experience.
