All classes will be held at the studio except the Monday morning Vinyasa class which is online via Zoom.

Bookings are not required for casual classes. Please pay online before class or with cash on the day.

This year we welcome the addition of an air-conditioner to help us through any hot days.

  • Please do not attend the studio if you are at all unwell or have been exposed to others who are unwell
  • Upon arrival students are required to sanitise their hands and provide their contact details
  • Please adhere to current mask wearing regulations
  • Door handles and surfaces will be sanitised regularly

Class Descriptions

Aerial: yoga with a difference. The fabric hammock supports in all poses including zero compression inversions. Expect to swing, stretch, hang upside down, enwrap in a peaceful "cocoon" and more. All levels welcome.
General: build strength, flexibility, balance and composure through this mixed level class. Expect both active sequences and passive supported poses. All levels welcome.
Gentle: ease your way into a yoga practice and experience the benefits of gentle stretching through classic yoga poses. All levels welcome.
Intermediate: develop your skills and perform poses with greater depth and awareness. A more challenging class that assumes basic competence.
Silver Leaf Sequence: a series of supported and passive poses useful as a foundation for stronger work in yoga or simply as a gentle maintenance practice for wellbeing. Basic pranayama (breath control) is introduced as part of the sequence. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa: take your yoga to another level. A strong, flowing practice based on sun salutations. Suitable for students with some experience.
