Experience the benefits of meditation in this 5 day introduction course to Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM). We will explore the basic techniques of preparation (including relaxation, posture and attitude), mindfulness and stillness.
The course addresses ways to best observe how our attitude can shape our experience and how these attitudes can be cultivated and refined in order to better manage life's challenges. It is a practice that enables us to view and understand our lives in another way.
Throughout the course, direct experience will be your best teacher and you will discover that there is simply no right or wrong way to experience 'experience' itself.
Suitable for beginners or as a refresher for those wanting to reignite their practice.
Dress in comfortable, loose clothing.
All equipment provided including chairs.
