Join Isabella for an 8 week term of Kids' Yoga!

for 6 - 12 year olds
Isabella is a 50 hour trained kids' yoga teacher, local kindergarten teacher and owner of Rainbow Minds Wellbeing. Her sole purpose is empowering and nurturing young children’s mental and emotional wellbeing; allowing children to recognise, understand and cope with their rainbow of emotions, and supporting children to believe they are capable, strong, beautiful and enough.
Isabella’s Kids' Yoga classes incorporate the mind, body and breath; allowing children to:
- increase their flexibility, fitness and coordination.
- become more aware of and connected to their personal wellbeing (mind and body).
- learn coping mechanisms for daily stressors and heightened emotions (reducing anxiety and depression).
- build higher self-esteem.
Along with classic asanas, breathing exercises, meditation, and fun yoga games and challenges, Isabella also weaves hands-on reflective mindfulness experiences into her classes. During this 8 week program, she will focus on themes such as gratitude, kindness, self-love, emotional awareness; allowing children to gain a broader and deeper understanding of themselves, and the world around them.
