Feel the benefits of committing to a daily practice whereby good habits and technique can be established and refined quickly.
Over the 5 mornings we will be performing a variety of sequences from gentle and restorative to strong and dynamic. Certain foundation sequences will be visited daily.
We will refine general yoga skills as well as technique relating to use of the hammock; aiming for greater confidence, ease and comfort when using this innovative yoga prop.

COVID safe protocols apply:
- Please do not attend the studio if you are at all unwell or have been exposed to others who are unwell
- Students are required to bring their own yoga mats
- Upon arrival students are required to sanitise their hands
- Masks are no longer mandatory
- Door handles and surfaces will be sanitised regularly
