Experience the benefits of a consistent and invigorating yoga practice over 5 days with this Vinyasa Intensive based around sun salutations.
The practice involves refining the movement into and out of yoga poses, aiming for smooth and accurate transitions.
Aerobic capacity is enhanced as we synchronise vigorous movement of the body with the breath.
The intensive is open to all students with more than 6 months yoga experience.
