A 6 week structured introduction to the basic elements of a yoga practice. You will be introduced to basic standing poses, forward bends, twists, back bends and inversions. If you are new to yoga or haven't practised for some time, the beginner course is a great way to get started in a safe and supportive environment. You will receive thorough and precise instruction with confidence and ability built steadily from week to week, essentially preparing you for participation in casual classes
All equipment supplied including mats. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
