Jenny Harrison

Jenny’s enthusiasm for Tai Chi began almost 30 years ago when she was studying Goju Ryu karate and she quickly developed an interest in the concept of strength through softness, and the physical and cognitive benefits of slow, flowing movements.

Over the years, Jenny has studied under the guidance of Master Ming Shao, Master Jesse Tsao and Master Deming Liu. Through her school Rising Moon, she offers classes in Qigong, Shibashi, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Yang style tai chi, including Beijing 24, and Tai Chi for Mental Health and Cognitive Improvement. We welcome Jenny to the Silver Leaf team where she will be offering a weekly Tai Chi class starting in 2018.
