An introduction to the basics of Aerial Yoga. The suspended fabric hammock acts as a soft trapeze, supporting and stabilising in each yoga pose. Expect to swing, stretch, hang upside down, enwrap in a peaceful cocoon and more.

Silver Leaf Yoga is a beautiful, purpose built yoga studio located on 10 acres of native gardens in Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula. We have a range of classes to suit all levels of experience from strong and active to quiet and passive. We also conduct classes for private groups and individuals outside regular class times.
